G.M. GUEST EXPERIENCE (Volunteer Position)

Oversee guest experience from the online ticket purchase through to guests attending the Airshow both in person and through the streaming service. Liaise with the ticket provider to create launch plan and manage ticket sales including reporting. Assist with Customer service queries and concerns as they arise throughout the year. Responsible for training and supporting Customer service team members.

MANAGER, TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS (Volunteer Position)

Oversee the rental of Airshow vehicles including securing rental contracts, preparing orders, busing requirements and issuing of vehicles to CIAS team and Performers. Manage and schedule Transportation & Logistics Volunteers and taskings. The Manager of Transportation & Logistics will liaise with other departments and assist in problem solving for transportation challenges.
